About the Belgravia Parlour

Belgravia is Peggy’s first boutique location, which opened in 2010.  Initially designed for bespoke cake consultations with a small annex cafe, it is intimate in size with a lot of charm and original features. The Parlour as it is known today has a lively and relaxed, cafe-like atmosphere with small tables and limited internal seating. It is the perfect spot for coffee & cakes or to enjoy our breakfast, brunch or light lunch menus.  We also offer our Brunch Beautiful Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea experiences for customers wishing to soak up the atmosphere of our original beauty spot. Our drinks menu features a carefully curated selection of artisan coffees and teas, as well as home-made hot chocolate, champagne, prosecco and sparkling cocktail options. 

On a hot day, Belgravia offers a cool retreat with air conditioning. Located on the busy street corner of Ebury and Elizabeth Street, the more intimate of our two Parlours works around a busy thoroughfare of customers visiting for both eat-in and takeaway (located by the entrance).

As Belgravia is our original location and Instagram favourite, it can attract many customers wishing to take photography or videography on cameras and smartphones.

Dining on the Terrace 

Tables on our beautiful terrace are in high demand, particularly during the warmer months of the year. Due to the unpredictability of London’s weather, we do not accept reservations for outdoor tables and they are available on a walk-in basis only. If you have a booking and a terrace table is available on arrival, you are welcome to sit outside and we will make your indoor table available for other customers. Should the weather turn, we endeavour to offer guests an alternative table inside. However, due to limited space, where this isn't possible, we will box your items for takeaway.

Accessibility 

Due to its boutique size and Grade 2 listing, our Belgravia Parlour does not offer an accessible WC and all bathrooms are located on the lower ground floor, with narrow step access. Nor does it offer baby changing facilities. Highchairs are available on request and subject to availability.

There are two steps leading into the main door (for which a ramp is available on request).

Dog Policy
Dogs are welcome on our outdoor terrace but are unfortunately not permitted inside the premises (with the exception of guide dogs). We operate a 'Paws on the Floor' policy: whilst we love our four-legged friends, for health & safety regulations we kindly request that dogs are kept on a lead and off tables and chairs at all times. Please be advised that our cakes are not suitable as dog treats.

Celebrations & Special Occasions

If you are dining with us to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, please leave a comment when booking a table or let our team know upon arrival and we will serve your order with a candle. If you'd like to pre-order a special cake for your table, please contact our customer service team by email at hello@peggyporschen.com at least 48-hours in advance. Please note, we do not permit external food and beverage items (including birthday cakes) to be consumed on our premises.

Customer Feedback

We are always very happy to hear from our customers regarding their experience. As a luxury brand we strive to meet the highest standards of service and quality across all areas of our business. We are always delighted to hear happy customer feedback, which is shared with our hard working team and provides a great morale boost. 

Equally, if for any reason a customer is unsatisfied, we advise that any feedback* is addressed with our team during the visit to give us the opportunity to rectify any issues right away. Should this for any reason not be possible, please send your feedback via email to  Hello@PeggyPorschen.com. We endeavour to respond within two working days and will investigate the issue in order to bring it to a conclusion. As a very small team, unfortunately we are unable to respond to customer feedback that is shared via social media.

*If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with their food or drink orders at the Parlours, please inform our team right away in order for a replacement or refund to be arranged. We are only able to issue replacements or refunds where an issue is found and not due to taste preferences. We are unable to issue refunds on Parlour menu items post-visit and without proof of purchase (receipt).
