&   Our menus are developed and carefully curated by Peggy herself, alongside her team of highly-trained chefs. Featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and carefully selected produce, our dishes only use the best of the best.  This includes using local, British suppliers where possible, such as award-winning free-range eggs from St. Ewe in Cornwall, freshly baked bread by Paul Rhodes in London and dairy milk from Brades Farm in Lancashire.
