Thank you so much for making a reservation at the Peggy Porschen Parlour, we can't wait to see you. To maximise your time with us and so that we can ensure you get the best out of your booking, please be advised of the following:
- We hold tables for a max. of 15 minutes to accommodate late arrival. Should you arrive any later, please call 02077301316 ext. 1 and leave a short message to let us know you’re on your way. We will do our best to hold your table for as long as possible. However, should your table have been allocated to other guests, we will do our utmost to accommodate you upon arrival.
- For All Day Menu reservations, your table is yours for 1hr or 1.5hrs for tables of 6 or more. For Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea reservations, the allocated table time is 1.5hrs (for tables of 6 or larger the duration is 2hrs). This time begins at the original time of your booking and we cannot always factor in extra time for late arrival.
- We request your card details to secure your reservation and protect our operational practice from no-shows. We do NOT take a deposit or advance payment and request full payment on the day of your visit.
- Changes to your booking or cancellations should be made no less than 24hrs prior via the link on your Sevenrooms confirmation email to avoid any fees.
- For Morning Tea or Afternoon Tea reservations, our chefs will prepare the number of servings the table has been booked for and the entire party is required to order from either the Morning Tea or the Afternoon Tea menu (subject to your booking). Each menu is designed for one person only and cannot be shared. We offer a children’s Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea menu for under 12s. Small children of up to 4 yrs are not required to order from the same menu.
- Menus and prices change seasonally and may differ on the day of your visit from those at the time of booking.
- For Morning Tea and Afternoon Tea bookings, if you change your mind upon arrival and do not wish to go ahead with your pre-booked menu, we will charge a £20 menu cancellation fee. This is to compensate for the food already prepared in anticipation of your booking. The fee is charged per person and it is a non-transferable payment. Alternative menu items ordered will be charged in full.
- For All Day Menu bookings (Monday-Friday), if you change your mind upon arrival and do not wish to go ahead with your pre-booked menu, but would like to use your reserved table for coffee and cake, you may be asked to pay a ‘table charge’ of up to £10 per head.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee of £20 per person which will be applied to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
