CAKE CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Please transfer your cakes into the fridge as soon as possible. We recommend removing the cupcakes 20 to 30 minutes before (subject to room temperature) for maximum flavour and a soft, moist texture. If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer. For more details, check our Cake Care Instruction page.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection:

DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Orders can be collected from our Parlour location in Belgravia. Alternatively, we deliver cakes by courier to selected postcodes in South West London for an additional charge.
